Guilds always exploited LoS for AEs on indoor Dragons, not new.

Using CotH and eyes to pull mobs like Zlandicar to the zone in sound like a no no though, and I've seen guilds doing that.
Using LoS to block AEs is Clericing 101. In fact most casters hide behind walls and joust AEs. That's working as intended. However having the ability to melee the dragon, and still be able to block the AE because of a ledge or a wall is the problem. It's allowing players to entirely avoid fears and other AEs while continually attacking, which isn't really balanced at all. I'm pretty sure if you want to melee it you had to be in LoS.

Pulling Zlandicar to zone in is very bugged on this server due to the path he takes. However his faction is different from the snakes, rats and spiders in the zone, so should the pathing function properly, it would work the same but just take longer. As it is currently he just warps up through the floor to the entrance, which is clearly broken. Instead he should run through the rat tunnels up top.

A lot of crazy pulls can be done to get certain mobs to zone lines. I am guessing some of those will get whacked and we will be forced to fight them in their room like Venril Sathir.
