Any good strats? Should I pick a class other than Sham? I do feel like we could easily pick up a random 3rd for great grinding too.

I'm glad you're open to the idea of a trio because that's where rogues are most effective. If you can find a twinked to hell ranger, that would be your best tank till the 50s. Hybrid tank, rogue, shaman makes for a very strong trio as long as you're willing to work hard on the shaman. You're gonna be doing buffs, heals, and slows. Exp should fly though. Used this trio leveling my ranger and it was fantastic.
