Wow, I can't believe the shift in attitude regarding RMT and account stealing. The server really IS changing. I guess it's time to cash in!

The only attitude that really means squat on here is that of the staff, isn't it? And their attitude seems to have been the same since forever: break the rules, suffer the consequences. The rules I broke meant ban ban ban.

I think I remember seeing that the only people the staff purposely try to keep from coming back are RMT bigshots? I didn't get the impression that selling out to the RMT bigshot would make me one also... but maybe I'm wrong. I'll update you if my new enchanter suddenly gets banned while I'm running back and forth from felwithe to kelethin doing the mail quest.

You won't get banned again as long as you don't RMT.

You are still currently enjoying this server that they work hard to support, so exactly what consequences are you suffering??

Thana's point isn't a terrible one. My characters weren't BIS after all my droppable stuff was gone, right? But yeah, bye-bye level 60, the name I loved, VP and sky and hate and other no drops, all the faction work I had done, obviously my reputation with most people of not being a piece of shit, etc.

If those aren't pretty big consequence, Catterine, then it should only take me a couple weeks of casual play to get all that stuff back right? To convince bongs to do xfers for me in the tunnel? Yeah, right.
