kaev brought up a good point that there are many outdoor dungeons on your route to 60. City of Mist and KC will be your bread and butter post 40+. Having jboots is the best investment not just for the speed of it, but for an instant click to reset GCD.

Stun -> Jboots -> Flash of Light. Your enchanter/cleric will never experience pain.

EDIT: However, I agree with Pint. Jboots is the best investment you can make. Or you can be like me and camp that shit in SRo, experience a whole side of P99 that sucks ass where you're competing with 5000 poopsocking assholes that don't care about you or if you're new to the server! FTE, baby! Ambit, you suck.
