Actually DE int casters are only dubious in WFP. Not sure about solusek ro but I dunno why that would change things. I'd be careful (and not go anywhere near the monk guild, or far in at all for that matter) but you may be able to use the WFP quest guy

In that case, it will probably lower corrupt Freeport faction, unless there's a separate turn-in for corrupties.
