So you can chill out in Skyfire and attack us but once we zone into VP you can't touch us when we announce we are attempting PD.

false, empire can stay at the entrance of vp, they can stay in skyfire and they can pvp at any other mobs in vp but pd unless someone starts a fight and tries to run there.

Even assuming your interpretation is correct:

1. empire can stay at the entrance of vp.
2. they can stay in skyfire.
3. they can PVP in the vicinity of other dragons (when they are spawned?).

"Staying" is not "pvping".

I suggest you listen to your leadership when they tell you to leave the zone during our attempts.

Not even worried. I'm sure the loot decisions by tmo are made by a rational and sane person.

We have a hybrid loot council / dkp system. There is a high degree of transparency.

In the last 3-4 years of eq'ing, our loot council has never made a wrong decision in regards to loot.
