Agreed with webrunner. Not really worth twinking a cleric for the first 30 levels in mana gear. If you're going to twink a cleric, unless you're going big (fungi, CoF, Epic, maybe Manastone)... You won't notice much of a difference. Especially if you're in a group.
Throw down 100 on Moonstone Rings, maybe go get some Embroidered Black Sleeves/Cape, beyond that it's not really worth your time or money to have 1 more light healing in your mana pool. If you're soloing you may find you need 1-2 more pieces to blow up 3 undead and then med, in which case grab some wis items that will scale up with you.
