That seems like a awfully high price for only a level 20 toon with no gear.

Then don't bid, and go level your own toon to level 20.

I mean it's not a bad deal by any means, you could pay someone to PL ya, but you may or may not get good service, and you may have to deal with long down time that you're paying for while they med to pull again. But just putting it up for offers, figure 5k is a good starting point.
