Again: GMs can track down JoeShmoe who spend $25 and bought 5kpp to get started on the server yet they "can't" track down the individuals who are supplying the platsellers with vast quantities of platinum pieces to sell.
There's only so many people on the server who could supply said "endless" quantities of platinum; unless the GMs themselves are creating platinum pieces and selling to retailers themselves (but let's not go THAT far into the conspiracy realm ok?)

Plat's almost impossible to track down so many ways to conceal it and then how do you prove it wasn't a gift from a RL friend vs actual RMT.
