Common sense would be to realize that despite your best efforts, you aren't going to get Colgate's name changed. Right or wrong, it obviously isn't going to happen. I was taught early on that equality fairness and unbiased judgments are worth fighting for even at great cost. It's sad I'm one of few players here willing to fight for what would truly make this server a great place to be even if it costs me my own account.

Since your reading comprehension is that of an elementary child, let's review the most important point:

Eunomia was unaware of Colgate's forum avatar and that it shows a direct correlation between his name and the name of a dental hygiene product.

This is the first time I heard of this rule that once ruled upon it cannot be changed? How many times was someone found clean for RMT and then new evidence was supported that changed the ruling?

McDonald is a well established surname, a town in Ohio, common street name, college (not hamburger university) as well as a fast food joint among many other things.

There is a difference between someone named McDonald McClownburger, McDonald Soulcrusher and just McDonalds.

Common sense applies.

You already said that the reason you petitioned Colgate is because he petitioned you. That's revenge. Spin it how you want. Still revenge.
You know the staff has ruled against you, yet you won't accept it.
Everyone knows, so you want to make sure it's public.
You don't do this for attention or approval. But you just wasn't to keep making public what everyone already knows.
You somehow feel that Colgate's name change would benefit the server.
You refuse to allow the staff to make their own rulings.
This is the 5,000th time you have derailed a thread heckling the staff about Colgate's name.
Colgate feeds off of the attention and ultimately wins.

This actually has nothing to do with Colgate and everything to do with equality I'm simply using colgate as an example. To be honest I don't care my name was changed.

The staff make their own decisions that's the problems staff decisions should be based on server rules, not personal relationships or implausible interpretations of them.

This is simply a desperate attempt to correlate a vendetta while you blindly ignore the issue at hand, it's what we call spin.
