Auto-Flag For PvP at 50

It always cracks me up how folks from pvp servers always have the simple solution to solve all problems ever.

Just enable pvp for everyone even if they don't want it! It's that simple!

short of us magically going back in time so we can go back to our pvp servers, i wouldn't count on eq pvp ever happening again. especially since vztz is shit and getting shittier.
