Google his name: he did basically the same thing on League of Legends (rant about how the games support staff weren't up to his standards). I
guess he could still be a troll, but there's only a few posts on LoL and they seem directed at the staff, so it really doesn't look like trolling to me.
I think the dude is just genuinely crazy.
