I do NOT abuse the peititon system. I have no control over the fact that OTHER people CHOOSE to break the rules as written. Either the rules need to be changed to reflect what they really mean, or its the general consenseus the rules are not to be respected.

You may be completely ignorant to what you're doing but it is still a form of entrapment.

In berger law, entrapment is a practice whereby a whiny perpetual victim induces a person to commit a virtual offense that the person would have otherwise been unlikely to commit. It is a conduct that is generally discouraged and thus, in many jurisdictions, it is a possible defense against criminal liability

I'm only an expert in bird law though so I may be rusty here.
