Problems after Server Restart

Its still happening. The critical issue is that our clients are unable to connect to the next zone server.

YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS Waiting to connect to zone... Character %S

Could it be the players? Sure... but when its happening to this many people all of a sudden, its far more likely to be an issue with the server.

Could be due to firewall, anti-ddos, running out of available ports, or any number of server related things.
