Currently it's scheduled to be on velious release. I don't have a spdat that's just before velious. The two that I do have are 3/4/2000 and 2/8/2001. Where's this other one coming from?

Ele discovered that you can wayback the everquest.com website and it has an archive of the downloads from 2000-2001, so theres a download pre-Velious with the spell file included that I am using.
