you are actually wrong here. if name plates were gone, the 15 aon'd melee in empire would be focused more heavily, leaving the casters to hide much more easily.

not sure about that. Would definitely be interesting to see how pvp would play out and target selection without AoN's.

I think a lot of people who've practically never been targeted would be in for a surprise.

the fact that people have to be lured to more fun pvp/competitive is pretty depressing =/
