pros/cons of item recharging on red

Item recharged should be back in. It was brutal in classic where people recharged hoops wands and hats. Nihilum would wand my jbooots just to try to gain that split second o me hitting them again.

On the pve front it makes things easier in a way that when I read that "solo masters" thread I can't help but laugh since it's all on blue where they abuse puppet strings on shamans w recharging ect. Red is actually harder for you solo pve diehards. No insta gates. No puppet strings ect. Recharging mallets would be nice but strings would tKe their place on large raids w mallets as back up. Recharging lockets doesn't bother me but everyone recharging Hats kinda does. Yea people run around ct and gate pots now but recharging ensures they will always have a hat. Making people camp wands too is better than just recharging the same 8 you will always have
