how do you recharge a lore item? thought you had to have two of the item.

using vendors but yes you need 2 of the lore items. thats why sometimes people jack shit on blue while you are recharging. there is a few threads about it including one where quido (jermeys) shit got jacked while he was recharging and he threaten to hack them in RL :P

recharging involves selling the empty and fully charged items to vendors and buying them back. you need 2 chars.
