Did Quiet get his Crown of Rile yet, literally was saying the opposite and was ranting about aim chat players barely raid and get all the loot and that he was gonna quit unless he got a rile soon..just the other week

This is a fallacy and common knowledge. I've addressed by issues directly with officers and almost none of it had to do with AIM chat conspiracy. Now that PD and other Dragons are sometime between 11pm and 6am. I won't be concerning myself with PD loot for a while.
