If some guy offered me $140 for some pixel that was otherwise going to pointlessly rot on an alt, I would sell it too. Nizzar got crucified for doing what anyone else here would have done, and no one ever managed to get evidence of more organized RMT. He was just in a visible spot because he played for countless hours every day.

Then he was told he could not lead a guild, and was banned again, not for actually leading the guild, but for contributing to leadership on a few occasions. That gray area is on the same level as saying, "you can come back, but you can't talk to anyone". The whole thing was barely communicated or reasoned out, and only served as an opportunity for the grandmaster of EQ douches to get some desperately needed attention.
