Per this, forum questing and petition questing shall reach new heights. Despite not being written down anywhere, anybody breaking this should be petitioned. Help clean up OOC and keep out banter and pras and any other crap that isn't needed. LFG, auction, port, and recruitment spam only.

Should help a lot with new players. OOC has been kind of toxic lately with the Good Guys, Empire rivalry.
