For starters don't be sitting down like a momo when a bloodthirsty rogue is charging at you. Secondly, don't shadowstep at low health. Try harm shield , it just might buy you enough time to pull your scatter brain into action. If you need anymore tips feel free to pm me.

didn't get caught sitting, did Harmshield, got two bum shadowsteps. And the real problem was that I was out of peridot's and had less than 20 HP's left on my skin.

Got hit for 800 and practically one shotted by a single Backstab, sometimes it's just your time to go in pvp. Shit happens, you guys are more rustled about it than I am. I just said gratz to the guy.
