By my understanding, it will be locked in Classic only for a minimum of six months. Once all end content has been beaten, a vote will be taken (I think once per week?) by all characters above a certain level to determine if Kunark will be unlocked.

Anyone know what the End Content is in classic? Is it just Naggy and Vox? Wouldn't it also be the bosses on the Plane of Sky, Plane of Hate and Plane of Fear? Plane of Sky is a PITA... Only ever got to Sister Island (think it is 6). I would have loved to get my Shaman the Feign Death Ring even though it only has 2 charges (but can be recharged). I only needed one drop to complete that quest but Sister would never give it the drop.....
