Variance, DUMB. IF you didn't play Fippy/Vulak on original EQ and think Variance would cause any type of pvp you are an idiot. Cant build a raid force when you know exactly where to be and when? Think you'll get 30 out of 40 casual gamers to log in when Empire has that many on during peak at all times and that you will get guys on before Empire gets 60 out of 150? Oooook.

Sim pops causing only partial spawns? Park a Ranger in every zone, and there ya go all that coding defeated. Yawn.

Want to win? Get more members. I joined holo/empire months ago and since then we've added 1200+ new characters. Fresh went from 0 members to a list cut short 90% of the time. If Azrael had even poached 25% of the active 100 that show up to raid with Empire and another 25% of the Fresh that is another 50 members for their contesting. They didn't, they lost. Find a new leader. Try a new strategy.

If Maximilian / Noah can build a successful, dragon killing, stays and fights pvp guild and you cant. The problem is you. Game over, thread closed, stop posting until you address the problem within you. Ban forum account, spend time in rehab for self reflection.
