Man-O-War isn't too bad and I've gotten it for 75 pp. The proc is decent at 30.

2hb - Man-o-War is your best bet for a 2hander. Dirt cheap and really nice proc at 30. Saw one for 100pp yesterday.

1hs - Ghoulbane rocks of course, look to spend anywhere from 500-750pp on average.
