Furious Discing when Shakerpaging wasn't done to proc the weapon. It was to stack up the mobs so that there were no stragglers. Fortitude worked equally as well. Ele is also correct, PCs cannot proc on ripostes.
The reason it was called Shakerpaging, is because you used an EarthSHAKER + the RamPAGE AA. The AA wasn't a disc, just a 7-10 min cooldown special attack that executed 1 attack at all mobs in a close vicinity to yourself. The procs all occurred when you hit that Rampage button.
