Considering the stake of the server was at hand, I highly doubt there would have been much complaining and pissing. Sure we may have been upset, but we would have understood the actions taken and kept our concerns to a minimum or ourselves.

No sarcasm man, in the past when there were times we felt the server was in danger or could be shut down under certain conditions, the player base as a whole did great at keeping things under wraps. Other than that, yea, we holler and jump around like a bunch of monkeys, but not during crucial times like these.

There was always exceptions to the above, though, and because of them yelling as opposed to watching and waiting, only they were seen or heard, giving everyone a stereotypical impression of ignorant fanaticism.
