Just throwing a two-cents opinion out there: most of the issues seem to be Max related, everything I know about Gardur makes me think that if he were voted up to leader of fresh we would have a healthier box.

I think for a healthier box, you get rid of Colgate and the drug dealer Nirgon from Empire, then the rest of you go to therapy to overcome your BPD [You must be logged in to view images.
