Maybe we will finally here the end of "it's not classic."

This should be an understanding that we are playing on private server, with custom content and process of a game that reflects a game that existed 15 years ago. I am sure the management team understands that due to their development of their content on their server has brought the game we are playing to a point that is far different than what the developers did and how they did it when Everquest was live even though the product looks the same. (Long sentence.)

While they clearly have had conversation with the original development team and understand the intellectual grey areas. I would imagine this remains in the names and nouns of the product we are looking at; ie please just don't change the name to Project 1999: Classic Everrquest; Ikssars, Tuunare.

Refer to the fact that P99 is a donation based organization.

I got what you were saying. Essentially that p99 may have to do something stupid like changing Npc/location/race names or the spelling of them at least (ikkssar,vellious, etc.) in order to avoid being shut down which would effectively end the era of people saying "shits not classic" because by law they literally wouldn't be able to have things exactly the way they were on live. Something to that effect anyway.

That way the server could be called a custom content server and not an exact replication of another company's product.
