I disagree completely with that. The content is what drove people to 40-50 main raid forces not competition.

Its pretty funny that OP implies that holocaust will control Ntov, while at the same time seeming to believe that a small force is just going to get to a raid unscathed.

Ntov plenty of bottlenecks, lots of mobs that could hang around at those spots, holo would have a 10x easier time defending Ntov compared to porting into a prepared hate raid, and we know how that ended.

Apprently you have never raided Ntov in your life based on this concept. You cannot "defend Ntov" if you are killing said dragons/mobs inside... You faction is shit, grant it your faction only buys you time thru the first hallway past the 4way split and about up to Eashen, Aary, but that's all you need, getting to a raid from there is very easy.... Causing a wipe is even easier as the entire raid force you have A) wont have sow and B) are at the mercy of the aggressor.

Your rapture/SK team cannot stop people running in DA to reach your clerics.... I wont delve any further than that... But continue to be naïve in thinking a raid force is "an unstoppable force" while in ntov/kael and a few other Velious raid places.
