Those are the closest things I have to facts. I'm not going to speak to how buggy it is compared to Nost, or which is truly scripted better, because 1. I haven't played it and 2. There has been a lot of shit-slinging, defamation, and fanboyism between Nost and Kronos players.

i did an UBRS run yesterday and some guy in my guild raged and hearthed out of the raid because a pickup rogue won truestrike shoulders over him

A couple of us switched to Kronos. Server is arguably more stable with less bugs and a real bug tracker with the benefit of a 10g max respec so you can switch from pvp to pve specs at max level easier.

Downside is U.S. pop is much lower so it's harder to get battleground que's non euro times. Plus side is there are alot less class bugs and they actually fix major exploits before they get abused. Another plus side is the zones aren't horribly overcrowded.

I don't really want to play on nostalrius due to all the exploiting that went on. Hunter pets were over tuned and lvl 40 pets did T2.5 dps long enough for people to get max level with epic mount. So many gold exploits, dupes, and super high epic drop rates existed that the economy is fucked now.

Hunter was doing double damage while classes like warrior has many game breaking bugs, charge putting you inside mobs, not working underwater, mobs fleeing fullspeed while hamstringed, mobs using specials too much like nets and knockdowns, parry not returning rage...etc...Many talents are straight up bugged or not working. Also once you paid 50g to respec and that talent you wanted is broken enjoy another 50g respec...

I think you will see more people switching over to Kronos in the future as a lot of bugs still aren't fixed from launch.
