Defiant gear is amazing because it allows true casual™ players like me to stop focusing on gear upgrades so much. That way we can concentrate on the fun aspects of gameplay (like killing orcs and frogloks).

Plus, with defiant gear being way better than anything that drops in kunark raids and having them drop from regular random mobs, EVERYONE will have the same gear! That way, no more poopsocking or guild drama, only tons of dead orcs and frogloks.

You can spend 5k on a toon and have enough gear to level to 60. If you want best gear then you have to work for it.

Why would i need to "work" for it? These are virtual items, they're not finite, like money or physical resources.

You people are weird. You can only find contentment and happiness, not by the fact that you have good gear, but by the fact that other people have worse gear than you.

Your satisfaction in this game revolves around the concept that other people must have less than you in order for you to feel happy, like all capitalists.

My satisfaction has nothing to do with u being a bum on the street personally I could care less, you make bad decisions = suck at life it's not my problem and I don't spend anytime worrying about who has a Mercedes or who doesn't. Capitalism and the charity it has provided for the impoverished is second to none. No other economic structure has even come close. U capitalist haters need to look in the mirror for your problems and quit blaming those of us that have succeeded. I'm too busy taking care of my family to care if u have enough pot to smoke or if your anime porn loads fast enough

Wtf, is this guy serious? Some one who has been playing since server opened is going to be more well established than someone who has been playing less than a year. More plat, more items, more everything. The more you put into something, the more you should get out of it. Would be dumb for a casual or new player to be equipped like a member of a raiding guild.
