Tuljin- for that situation the military will do "tape tests". even they know a guy who is 5'9 and 190 pounds isnt obese, when he has no neck from weight lifting. Sitting in a chair is different dont get me wrong. But the BMI chart provided doesnt even take into account age.
I knew guys who were fat and passed the PT tests at near max. The one guy even would smoke during the run. Charts really dont mean squat, well they never used to. Not going into politics, but they matter now. | ||
