We have killed probably 200~ of the spirocs on Island 5 that drop feathers, yet we have not received an Emerald Feather. Did this possibly get set to 0% drop rate in the swapping of loot tables?

The last record I have of one dropping was in November, before the patch. Do any guilds have logs of looting one in the past 3 months?

Some weird stuff going on with this, but it is indeed not dropping.

From magelo, it appears it should drop from the following npcs:
Spiroc Guardian
spiroc arbiter
spiroc caller
spiroc expulser

The arbiter, caller, and expulser are pretty straightforward in that they drop the other feathers, but the emerald is missing.

The Guardian, on the other hand, has no feather drops right now. Should he should drop a feather 100% of the time, in addition to his other loots?
