If an individual spins negativity, of course it is the human instinctive impulse to want to spin it right back at them, it is the essence of pride which resides within every human being on the planet. However, by ignoring this instinct, you not only will become happier and in a better general mood over time- but your loved ones, and everyone you come into contact with will have a boosted relationship with you. Why? Because, think about it, if someone cuts you off in traffic, and you yell, 'You asshole," yes, it may feel good for a second, but what that did in all actuality, whether or not you know it or feel at at that moment, is bring your mood to a grey, or potentially negative level - and not just for 5 minutes, it could last hours, just by reacting in a very foul way. By manipulating your instinctive response, you can therefore enjoy your day in a better mood, and that's what it's all about, enjoying your days in a positive mindset, because we're only here for a cup of coffee. Life is too short for all this bullshit. While entertaining, all this huge thread is, is an entire massive waste of time. Think about all the stuff you could've gotten done.
