Let's make PVP flagging your holo toons optional

Kills among people who aren't opted in will still be recorded and count towards ratio and such - they just won't have anything to do with the scoring. I considered eliminating the scoring altogether, but a number of people like it and while highest score doesn't necessarily equal best PvPer, it's still a fun side game. The real game is still Everquest PvP and PvE as normal. Don't take this leaderboard shit too seriously - I don't.
