Right now there's no pixel incentive for the serious players to go to these lowbie zones
But if you dangle a fungus, I'm sure a more determined effort to get said tunic off the twinks body would succeed
Item loot also gives people a way to pvp to take pixels from the enemy... and having more targets is a good thing

Also inspires people to be creative and get obscure no drop gear.
Item loot would make the blues who can only PK in fungus leave. We don't want them anyways, they stop red from being the bloodbath that it should be
