red99, as well as all of p99, is a lot like tax law... it isn't complicated because you 90% of your average normal people... it's the top minority of the population that require tons of absurd rules and stuff to do the right shit, so then rules get implemented, then rather than just do what the rules are there for, as intended, they strive to find loopholes and be even bigger pieces of shit to abuse rules put in place to make them behavior normal instead of ruining life for the 90%+ of regular folks.

So sadly, the same people who would have you believe calling LnS is blue shit, are the same people who have had it implemented, use it to contest and rulemonger their way to content, and find loopholes to try and skirt it to still shit all over the server.

That's life.
