I'm not sure domestic violence is a "meaningless issue".

But is domestic violence against women the majority of domestic violence? I thought I read somewhere that it was about 50/50, and so it's probably a good idea to focus on both ways.

Yes but one of the goals of feminism is to remove all accountability from women, which they're doing pretty efficiently.

thus, domestic violence is strictly a plight of women. women were historically "oppressed" by fulfilling their genetic duty, so now women are incapable of doing wrong.
