That's a bug. The Erudite emmisary should give: -HighGuardofErudin, -HighCouncilofErudin, +Heretics, +Kerra
Kobalds and Kerrans do something, I recall, but the meat of factioning to enter Paineel (prior to the Warrens, at least) is killing Erudin guards. | ||
