I honestly think once Velious is released, there will be an influx of population. There are plenty of accounts that are hanging out in limbo of people who have gone inactive; but if I was a gambling man I would put money on folks returning once they hear about Velious actually being live.
The rest about people being unbanned and possibly re-banned and re-writing rules and such just seems like energy that could be spent on something less redundant (like Velious advancement).
