Stuck in Cabilis

I actually got stuck here too. It was shear persistence in my case. I found that if I jumped from the ladder to the closest ledge in third person view. I would get stuck there.... I could then go into first person view and jump again, and in some cases again, and again. I may have also just gated out to FoB....

My impression of those vendors is that once you get to them you have to go down, and run out the bottom. Not sure you were ever intended to go "up" those ladders.
