Except it doesn't at all solve them, because the individual has to be within 4 levels to initiate PVP and if they are not flagged for PVP general PNP rules apply. Not only that but whoever has the better gear will win the fight every time, so it's basically "whoever has played more p99" gets their way [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
