I know this is mostly a troll thread but I feel like throwing this out there any way.
If you don't have a job that makes what is considered god money by todays stanereds your wife staying home with the kids is economic. The price of day care is outragus and they don't do mush other then keep the kids alive while you're both working to pay the day care bill. I have three kids now and my wife is a house wife but in no way do I consider her unemployed. My 4 and 2 year old daughters are very smart kids and my 3 month old son seems to be very alert (a sighn of intelligence at that age). My house is always clean, my frig is always full and my 4 year old daughter can read and write as well as knowing basic addition and subtraction due to my wife working with her every day while my 2 year old daughter already knows shapes and colors. My wife was a nurse she was making good money and has a care take personality she loved her job but I can afford her to stay home so we talked and she gave it up for my children. There's a lot to be said for a woman who will do what she has done. | ||

Feminism was the best thing that ever happened to men. Besides taking ugly chicks out of the meat market by allowing them to opt out by claiming to be lezbians, they also pushed women to finally start contributing their fair share to our society.
It used to be only the very rich could afford to have unemployed wives (whalebone corset = foot binding), then a rising economy allowed even the working class to emulate this freakish trend. Feminism got its start when the bored rich bitches realized that being unemployed and comfortable was within the grasp of the lower orders of society, and so became energized to protect their elitist fashion trend. Note that some of the earliest "feminists" didn't actually give a shit about a womans' "right" to birth control or abortion, they only wanted to eradicate the poor at the source. Women, being far more open to mind control than men, fell for it hook line and sinker. Within a few decades women were marching and yapping and whining (as they love to do, see "The View") in order to leave their pampered place of leisure so that they too could have the "joys" of employment. But even women eventually wise up (not most, but a few.) They look back at the 1950's when women lounged around the house all day in pearls, cleaning and taking care of children, and compare it to today when women are working, cleaning, taking care of children and working some more, and they think, "WTF were those rich bitches thinking?! We had it good and they fucked it up for us!" My brothers, I implore you. Do not let women take us back to the bad old days of lazy bitches a la Peg Bundy. If they refuse to work and you can't break up with them due to the need to drain your balls on a regular basis, at a minimum make sure they understand that this means you will make the important decisions and control the finances. Outline precisely what services she is required to do around the house and in the bedroom in exchange for your foolish generosity. Fuji has a very valid point, a lot of girls just want to stay home and be taken care of - and I honestly understand it. Women fought for their rights to vote and to be treated just as fairly as anyone else, so why wouldn't you want to go our and do something to better yourself and your family? Hmmm, could it be laziness?
Why doesn't she just start her own business at home on the internet and then she can stay home and watch her profits roll in as she's being the "homemaker" with the kids? I remember when I was a kid, I wanted to own my own horse stabling business. Now I'm the co-owner if an internet development company AND working full-time at an accounting firm, so when it comes time to have kids (not for a while) - it won't be an issue if I wanted to stay home because I can work out of my home. So Fuji, you asked "Why are a lot of girls looking for someone to "take care" of them? Don't you have ambitions?", it's likely that she doesn't have ambitions or maybe she was taken care of all her life and is used to it. My younger sister is exactly this way and I cringe at the thought of her making babies. Either way, I wish you the best of luck...sounds like you'll need it. | ||
