I didn't say the story was true, I just said he must have had one. If a cop shoots a completely innocent person for no apparent reason and they say "oops, not sure what happened", they end up in jail.

Right. I just want to know what the cop's story is. "My friend got shot for holding a cell phone at a Subway" is the kind of story a person has when they've smoked themselves stupid and think they're being clever.

I agree actually. A woman was shot recently for simply honking her horn at a cop. Even in that case she did more than just stand there holding a phone at a subway. Not to imply she deserved it of course (I can't believe I have to clarify that to you sociopaths).
