Nah. He was just going to visit his girlfriend at the subway. Was a city cop who got transferred to our small town. He only lasted about a month in our town before he shot that guy, then I believe he got transferred out. Don't think he works as a cop anymore.

So you're saying he was just walking down the street with a cell phone in his hand and the cop decided to shoot him? There's more to this story. Either the cop is in jail or he had a story for justifying the shooting. What would the cop say was the reason for the shooting?

I didn't say the story was true, I just said he must have had one. If a cop shoots a completely innocent person for no apparent reason and they say "oops, not sure what happened", they end up in jail.

Right. I just want to know what the cop's story is. "My friend got shot for holding a cell phone at a Subway" is the kind of story a person has when they've smoked themselves stupid and think they're being clever.
