Sorry if this comes off as crass, but this sounds like the people who were saying "Trayvon Martin was shot for having the audacity to wear a hoodie and buy some skittles." My guess is that there is more to the story. Either that, or there is now a person in jail for attempted murder.

Nah. He was just going to visit his girlfriend at the subway. Was a city cop who got transferred to our small town. He only lasted about a month in our town before he shot that guy, then I believe he got transferred out. Don't think he works as a cop anymore.
