Stomples in PoM Should be KOS Upon Spawning

Another thing I'd like to add, Stomples is RED at 60, and this was not the case. Mischief 1.0 stomples is even listed as 60 on allak bestiary. Stomples is far harder to slow on P99 being red to 60.
