No it's not. Grief killing is harassing them, corpse camping and killing them over and over. There will always be people with better gear and an advantage. Who makes the determination whether someone is geared too much or wether or not they or their group stand a chance?

If you got a lowbie decked out in fungi epic/best in slot type gear, then your sole goal is to harass new player's. No it's retarded to compare that to a guy who has slightly better gear, it's more like Mike Tyson fighting the average squirrel in your back yard.

Just grab a magnifying glass and torture ants, don't destroy real pvper's chance at having real fights at 60 because you want to get your kicks shitting up new player's impression of red, and keeping pop low.
