The buff issue won't be a problem for Andis. He demands fresh cleric buffs even when he has 30 min left on them. The pell change should only remove Andis's weakest buffs which will be his clickies.

annul magic actually gonna have a use. buffs and shit have dispel counters (kinda.) higher end buffs will be harder to pell than skin like wood. anytime i see andis im gonna toss him good buffs to front load them. gonna feel good.
